Hi, I'm Brenda. I have been personal training since 1996. My Reps registration ensures that all clients are in the hands of a professional and qualified trainer. From weight loss to muscle gain, fitness or general wellbeing, I am lucky enough to have the use of top of the line equipment at Te Puke Health and Fitness.
I use functional exercises to shape the entire body whilst having fun at the same time. Cardio machines, balance, resistance bands, free weights, weight machines, swiss balls, boxing, manual resistance and your own body weight are just some of the equipment and techniques I use to give my clients varied and functional workouts that stimulate the mind and body. I believe in building strength from the inside out. |
