Group Classes

Te Puke Health and Fitness have a range of group fitness classes open to everyone! From Step, Indoor Cycling (Spin), Body Balance, Pump and Pilates. Then there is Easy Movin', our low impact/circuit class, we're sure to have a class to suit you.

Every fitness level is catered for, if you're just starting out, have fun with Step it Up!  Click here for class times and descriptions.
